After emigrating from Seoul to Hawaii at a young age, he was introduced to the world of patient, inventive cooking by his mother on the shores of Honolulu. This experience stuck with him as he navigated the world of Corporate Banking in both Los Angeles and New York. Luckily for us, his banking days took a backseat to his amazing culinary talent, as he began to study under celebrity Chef Makota Okuwa. This education, his affinity for the energy of Buenos Aires, and his inventive Asian cuisine all paved the way for one of the most in-demand restaurants in Buenos Aires.
